When will I receive my conference material?

Your conference handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program). Additional conference material including videos of all sessions will be available for sale after the conference.

When should I pay for the conference?

Full payment for tickets is paid upon registration. If you select the 3 installments plan you will be required to pay the first payment upon registration, the next installment will be billed 30 days after your registration and the final installment will be billed 30 days after the second installment payment. Note for installment payments: If your registration is completed between 12-27-23 and January 26,2024 your final payment will be automatically billed on February 26, 2024. For registration after January 25, 2024 the final 2 payments) will be automatically billed on February 26, 2024.

What should I bring to the conference?

  • Driver's license or ID for Registration
  • Business Cards
  • Attire is business casual

Are the meals included?

Thursday and Friday breakfast and lunch is included in VIP and VIP Ultra price. General admission attendees may choose to attend breakfast and lunch at their own expense. Per meal pricing and a meal package price will be posted on our website prior to the event.

How many attendees will be at my conference?

Act Now! Seats are filling up fast and space is limited. We anticipate approximately 700 attendees for this year’s conference.

How can I get to the venue?

The CMA Theatre is located at 222 Representative John Lewis Way South in downtown Nashville.

PARKING: 

If you are staying at a nearby hotel, you should be able to walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame. However, if you are driving, there are several paid lots located around the CMHOF. The Omni Hotel is connected to the CMHOF and has valet parking and the Music City Center (6th Avenue South and Demonbreun) as well as the Hilton Hotel are both across the street from the CMHOF and offer paid parking. Check out the interactive Where to Park website for more information.

ENTRANCE - 5th Avenue:

You will want to enter CMHOF on 5th Ave (aka - Rep. John Lewis Way) – where the CMA Theater entrance is (see map). Once you are standing at the CMA Theater Box Office (just near the Hatch Show Print shop), go to the elevators and go to the 6th Floor to the HCA Lobby for registration. If you are running late and need to go directly to the CMA Theater, go to the 2nd floor.

If you are staying at The Omni Hotel – you will want to go to the hotel lobby and be directed to the CMHOF. Walk down the hallway with the many shops and you’ll see the CMA Theater box office and signage.

What about lodging accommodations?

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Omni Nashville Hotel. Rooms are going fast so we suggest you book yours soon! There are numerous hotel choices in downtown Nashville, here is a guide for your convenience.

What should I wear?

The dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually come in business attire.
